Ceefia is a private training and consulting group, that provide
expertise on three main fields, since 1990, for SMEs and big companies
employees, unemployed people, entrepreneurs:
- Skill management, Knowledge management and employment projects as
guidance, mentoring, pilots projects improving work integration.
- Training and project ingenuity: design and implementation of
training modules, ODL projects, co-ordination and project evaluation at
a local and European level.
- Social Innovation as Equal opportunity, Conciliation of work/life
balance, Corporate Social responsibility with a territorial approach.
Research actions, studies, trainings, ODL are the types of modalities
developed by Ceefia at a local, national and European level, on job.
Ceefia is member of the E GEI, European network ENLOS (European Network
for Learning Organisation and SMEs).
Ceefia has co-ordinate and worked as partner in different European projects: Leonardo, Pic Emploi, DG Employment and Social Affairs.
Ceefia has a long experience with SME's, designing and implementing customised training programs and knowledge management projects
